Leadscrew Nut (IF NEEDED)
Leadscrews are crucial for providing precise slide feed, ensuring a superior finish and true thread form, especially for coarse and fine threads. Leadscrews are essential regardless of the thread type in applications such as PVC pipes. The type of Leadscrew chosen can have a significant impact on production efficiency and the lifespan of the screw and nut

Half-Nut
Half-nut design is typically used where automatic Disengagement of the Nut is needed in a Machine Like a Fork, PVC Threading, or Fine Threading Process. Can have low cycle time than split-nut design cycle time

Split-Nut
Split-Nut Design is used in the course Threading process. It provides more life but has a downside compared to Half-Nut as it has to be manually disengaged. It can also increase the Cycle Time
Vice Type
Tailoring work holding to the specific task is crucial. For items like forks or PVC pipes, specialized vice jaws are recommended, while hex nipples or right-angle pipes call for a different, dedicated approach to secure them effectively. Right type of vice will impact the life of Vice.

Pillar-Type
This type of Vice is mostly used in Machines of Bigger Sizes Like 63,77,100,150mm. It has more life than the normal vice but, at the expense of ease of Use and Price.

Normal Vice
This type of Vice is widely used in Machines of Size 25,40,50,63MM. It is a Self-Centering type of vice with options of Loading the Workpiece from Above which is not possible In Pillar Type
